Friendly staff, but the resort falls well short of its advertised four-star standard.

Liked:What we liked most was the genuinely friendly and attentive staff. Every employee we interacted with was polite, helpful, and always willing to assist. We especially appreciated the restaurant manager, who took the time to sit down with us, listen to our feedback, and ask for suggestions on how the hotel could improve. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The beachfront location is also beautiful and has great potential.

Disliked:The resort does not meet the four-star standard advertised on Booking.com. The property is outdated and lacks proper maintenance, with discarded furniture and construction materials left in plain sight around the resort. The ongoing restaurant renovation was not communicated before our arrival, and parts of the restaurant were temporarily covered with plastic sheeting. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment: very limited selection, little variety, repetitive hot dishes, and almost no local tropical fruit despite Thailand’s abundance. Overall, the resort lacked attention to detail and felt neglected, making it the weakest four-star hotel experience we have had in Thailand and Bali.

Great hotel located on white sand beach. excellent location.

Liked:The location is great on white sand beach. short walk to convenience stores about 15mins in either direction. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from on the main street. There are 2 blocks. You can stay either on the beach side or behind road on the hill side. There are also separate bungalows closer to the beach at a premium. Nice pool overlooking the sea with a bar in the middle. Direct access to beach from hotel. breakfast buffet is good. There is a gym in the hotel but i didn’t use it. They have a great gym close by on the main street came in handy when bad weather. The room was a good size with balcony. bathroom was large and clean. The staff are friendly especially the general manager chats to you in the morning at breakfast.

Disliked:The gym could have been better. A few more western choices at breakfast.
