Liked:Excellent location, great accommodations, clean and well appointed. Communications was accurate and helpful. This is a great find if you're looking for a great place to stay while also not paying the high prices other/lessor places charge

very good location, and spacious place to stay for long term. definietly gonna use them again.

Liked:Its specious place to be. Very nice bed and bathroom. very nice location, perfectly suit with my situation.

Disliked:Ventilation system is quite noisy. and the floor cleaning status was bit of questionable. there are bit of broken glass shard on the floor (not single, many) and metal pieces. but its still worth for the money.

Wonderful place, close to transit system

Liked:The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was very large, open and lovely. The back entrance was well lite.

Disliked:They didn’t have warm enough bedding. Not able to contact the operator when things were missing. Such like not enough toilet paper, forks. The side of the place needs more light.

A good basic rental, that is close to the centre of Kitchener.

Liked:The location was perfect for my trip. It's not a neighborhood that I would walk around in, but it is close to public transit and a few minutes' drive to King Street. I liked that the bed was in a separate area from the main living area. The bathroom looked modern. The unit is in the basement, but the ceilings are high, so it feels more spacious. The hosts were always checking in to make sure things were ok and replied to my messages.
