Liked:The staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic loved the buffet.

Disliked:Charged me an early check in fee of 50 dollars which I've never paid anywhere else had no choice to pay it as we had nowhere to go with our luggage in the meantime being from out of town. Bed was hard and uncomfortable on a premium room. My wife didn't sleep well.

Liked:Near to metro station and restaurants, bed was ok

Disliked:toilet -is cramped, showers are leaking, the elevators were making noise ( one was not working - under maintenance); No water in the room, no kettle , even the door was not closing properly

Very nice stay, staff were wonderful, great downtown location and wonderful breakfast.

Liked:Location. Very helpful and polite staff. Very good breakfast.

Disliked:Parking a little awkward and tight to get into with a pickup truck, and entrance gate not positioned for ease of using the parking card; had to exit the vehicle to reach the scanner. Also no elevator in parking garage so when leaving had to carry luggage up and down stairs (and front circle was occupied by a few cars so could not load luggage there). Not many luggage carts available most of the time)

Clean hotel with friendly staff however disappointing when it came to the kids amenities

Liked:Very clean and friendly staff

Disliked:Kids amenities like the arcade and bowling were run down and in disrepair. Over 10 arcade machines and most were broke and the other took your money and didn’t work Definitely a huge disappointment The bowling was $12 for an hour and worked for maybe 10 minutes Kids were extremely disappointed We were 1 adult and 2 children. The over $300 room only included breakfast for 2. I had to pay $22 for the third person to eat
