Liked:I really enjoyed the location of the property. The staff were extremely professional and friendly.

Disliked:It seems the facility would need to purchase new mattresses to allow visitors to have a restful sleep. It seems the housekeepers would need to inform property manager of mattresses which are worn and need to be replaced. I informed the front desk of issue with mattress and they replaced immediately however the replaced mattress was better than the original but still felt worn.

Disliked:Anytime me and my family come to Orlando. We stay at the Silver Lake resort well this stay we weren’t too happy the last night that we stay. We had no AC when we checked out. We notified the guy at the front desk when we checked out and he was like he was gonna put in for the room to get service but he didn’t try to give us a discount for that night or reimburse us for that night or anything for not having AC. I even showed him a picture of the thermostat where we had took a picture of the difference of the temperature on what we had to sit on and what the temperature was in the apartment.
