Liked:Cottage was acceptable. However it could use some work on the inside

Disliked:When I checked in it took 1 hour more after checking time to get us our cottage. The manager was not very nice in this situation and I was not very happy

Very disappointing when i checked in the desk clerk didn’t check the box saying my trip was paid in advance so my money

Disliked:My whole trip was paid for in advance and they still was charging my card and taking my money and had on hold and made very difficult for me to do the activities that i planned to do with my family
