Always can count on it and great prices

Liked:Always clean and so close to Disney and best price on Hotel that is nice. Comfortable bed I always stay here when going to Disney.. I spend most of time in parks so perfect. It is older but always clean and quiet. worth it

Disliked:Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Llegamos por la noche después de un largo viaje con nuestra familia, incluyendo dos niños ( 3 años y 11 años). Al entrar a la habitación encontramos problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento, entre ellos una acumulación visible de polvo en el área del aire acondicionado, un lavamanos con desperfectos y otras condiciones no muy buenas. Debido a la hora y al cansancio del viaje, no era razonable trasladar a toda la familia a otra habitación durante la noche madrugada. Incluso salimos y compramos productos de limpieza y desinfectantes en Target para intentar pasar la noche, porque nuestra intención era resolver y no abandonar el hotel. Al despertar al día siguiente despertamos muy mal por alergia y decidimos hacer el check-out y trasladarnos a otro hotel, ya que consideramos que las condiciones de la habitación no eran adecuadas para nuestra familia. Esto nos obligó a asumir un gasto adicional que no estaba contemplado en nuestro viaje. Lo que más me decepcionó fue la forma en que se manejó la situación. Durante mi conversación con la gerencia sentí que no se me permitió explicar todos los problemas encontrados en la habitación y que la conversación se centró principalmente en que pudieron habernos cambiado de habitación, algo que no era una solución realista para una familia cansada y con niños pequeños. Presenté toda la evidencia a Booking.com, incluyendo fotografías y la factura del nuevo alojamiento. Booking investigó el caso y contactó varias veces al alojamiento. Lamentablemente, el alojamiento nunca asumió responsabilidad por lo ocurrido y no respondió a booking. Siempre recibí una atención muy amable, profesional y respetuosa por parte de los agentes de Booking. Comparto esta experiencia para que otros viajeros puedan tomar una decisión informada. Espero sinceramente que el hotel mejore sus estándares de limpieza, mantenimiento y la forma de atender este tipo de situaciones.

BED BUGS

Liked:HAS BEDBUGS. The staff were super friendly. This hotel despite its reviews here, it's very old, outdated and honestly looks like the remains of a once great hotel. The pool was not well maintained and on our 3rd night we found bed bugs on our bed. We checked out at 7:45 am and although the staff was apologetic, we weren't offered a resolve , compensation nor did the manager come out to speak with us bc we were told he was "meeting with the lawyers".
