Super relaxing overnight stay. Staff were brilliant, restaurant and reception, especially Ashley

Liked:Room super, air conditioning had been requested as I have health problems and our room did have it. Breakfast was excellent, lots of different foods to choose from. Location super we sat outside on the terrace having a drink, right alongside the river. Staff were brilliant, especially Ashley on reception.

Liked:The staff were very friendly and the location eas excellent with perfect scenery on the river thames.

Disliked:The only thing I didn't like was we chose a family room but it was a disabled room which the bathroom wasn't ideal for a person like me . For what you pay I was a little disappointed in the room.

Perfect for the event we were attending.

Liked:Location for the wedding we were attending was perfect. Lovely old building in a lovely location.
