This hotel was disgusting. And we definitely will not be going back.

Liked:Nothing good to say about this hotel! After checking in. We went to the room and found it to be dark and unclean.

Disliked:The bedroom was dirty. I had to spray the bed with Lysol to make sure it was clean enough to sleep in. Then when I was getting ready for bed. I went to take my shoes off and noticed that the floor was covered in ants.!! I immediately alerted my husband and he went to the office to inform them. They then called me in the room to apologize. But the facility cleaner couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have any product that would be safe to use while we were in the room. I asked if they could move us. But everything was booked up. Well are there any other Hotels he could recommend. No everything is booked up in Kingston. That’s funny because my husband had went over to the Hilton across the road and they gave him the number for the Courtyard by Marriott hotel five minutes away. Where they welcomed us with a large discount. Where We will definitely be going back the next time we are in Kingston!

Liked:The staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel is older, but the rooms are spacious and clean. They could benefit from some renovations, especially the bathroom and bathtub. That said, you get exactly what is advertised. It's a good place to stay for a night's rest before continuing your travels the next day. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay there again if needed.

All the important things were good

Liked:All staff, front desk,cleaning staff and people in the hall were all very friendly and said good morning. I like the fact that the front desk called to ask if everything was fine when we were getting settled.

Disliked:Dirt and cigarette butts on the ground outside our sliding door to the outside. The corners on the bathroom floor were dirty and a towel from a previous guest was still laying in the closet, but it's not the end of the world. From what I can tell cleaners aren't given enough time to be thorough and are rushed.
