Disliked:My booking was initially rejected because I needed to pay a 2 EUR fee, and I could only settle it in cash. However, the hotel’s policy does not accept cash — only credit cards are allowed. I had already completed the online booking, and I did not understand why this extra payment was still required. The staff only suggested that I resolve my card issue, which I believed was impossible due to the time difference. The service was not good and lacked flexibility.

Liked:The hotel and room is nice and clean inside. The area is quiet.

Disliked:The description of the shuttle bus pickup is technically correct, but confusing. So I wasted my time to wait for it, but didn’t get on it and took a taxi. The FRA airport is badly labeled: there are two exits 5 in zone B in the same terminal 1: one in departures, another in arrivals (on different floors). Moreover, after arrival we were directed to departures floor (as I later found out). The hotel could write it much better in their instruction, emphasizing such situation. A picture of the place wouldn’t hurt. I never had such issues before, and usually find instructions overly specific. When I raised the topic at the check-in, the receptionist was dismissive, insisting that I was on the wrong floor and it was written correctly. The noise isolation between the rooms is insufficient. While still in bed I heard like somebody opened my door and got up - it was so load, but it was of another room. The price was too high for what you get. I happen to stay another night in the area and for 2/3 of the price I had a more pleasant experience.
