Lovely quiet place to stay near airport

Liked:I had a suite which was very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Disliked:The airport shuttle only stops at Terminal 1. We were unable to find the pickup location and ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was closed during our stay due to staffing issues so we had to take a taxi out to eat dinner.

Arrival nightmare.

Liked:Clean, comfortable, breakfast, updated.

Disliked:The condescending manner the front desk lectured me on arrival on 17 September after 11 p.m., that the shuttle is stated in the booking as stopping snd leaving you wiith your luggage more than 200 m from the entrance. Because of some law, we should know the US also has??????? I booked this hotel because it states in the booking as providing a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes conveniencing my 90 year old companion, my 70 year old sister an myself with our luggage. That did not happen. I will also take this up with booking.com.

Great service, friendly staff, great free shuttle to and from airport, will certainly go back again.

Liked:The breakfast was the only disapointing aspect of my stay, only because I like to have a hot cooked breakfast. It was mailny toast, some scrambled egg, yoghurts, bagels. However, the croissants were the best I have ever tasted!! So warm and fresh, excellent. There was also a great selection of teas and coffee. The price of fifteen euros was ok, and they did not charge for my 10 yeal old, so we did get value for money. This being said, I did miss my bacon, sausages and fried eggs!
