Liked:Worst property I’ve ever booked. Absolutely no accountability from management, rude staff, and dirty rooms. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. It got so bad that we almost had to call the police just to get a refund. I would never recommend staying here.

Disliked:Don’t book here. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere cleaner, safer, and more professional. There are far better places to stay.

Liked:Really enjoyed my stay at The Milestone Hotel in Thamel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Kathmandu, making it super easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The airport pickup was a lovely touch and made the arrival so smooth and stress-free. Little extras like complimentary water bottles really go a long way and were much appreciated! The front desk team were attentive and always on hand whenever needed. A special mention has to go to Pragadh — he was genuinely lovely, warm and helpful throughout my entire stay. He made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming rather than just another hotel check-in.
