Liked:⭐ Excellent Hotel & Outstanding Hospitality! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Thamel! The owners and staff are extremely friendly, supportive, and genuinely passionate about customer service. From security and front desk staff to the restaurant team and managers, everyone provides an excellent level of service. The location is perfect, and the hotel is calm, clean, and peaceful. Even though South Indian food is not normally on their menu, they asked about our preferences and were happy to prepare it for us. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. We had to leave the hotel at 3 AM, and the hotel contacted us through WhatsApp to arrange a complimentary breakfast packed for us to take to the airport. This is truly exceptional customer service! If you are looking for a hotel in Thamel, you can choose this place with your eyes closed. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A must stay in Kathmandu

Liked:Our stay at Hotel Tenki was truly exceptional. The room allocated to us was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. WiFi speed was comparatively faster than in the other hotels we stayed at. The staff were particularly polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The reception team were kind and responsive, and the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and beautifully decorated. The hospitality, service, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. I would highly recommend Hotel Tenki and would happily stay here again.

A Really Good Find

Liked:The room was comfortable, breakfast was genuinely good, and the staff had a very easy way of making guests feel welcome. Nothing felt too formal or overdone, which we really liked. Kathmandu can be quite busy and chaotic, so having a calm place to come back to made a big difference. Even the small things were handled well without us having to ask twice. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend Hotel Tenki Kathmandu.
