Liked:When I arrived, the room I booked was not available, but I got upgraded to a family room without extra cost. The staff was super friendly and they serve an excellent breakfast! Kettle is provided in the room as well as drinking water, toiletries and towels. I also could leave my luggage while I was looking for another place to stay.

Disliked:The bed in the family room was not in good conditions and I wasn't able to stay more than one night because the type of room I wanted was not free. Many of the rooms do not have windows/view.
