Cancellation

Payment
Prices include the taxes and fees paid when you book. Some hotels charge a resort, city or service fee on arrival; where they do, the amount is shown with each room and at checkout. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Important Information
Please note that extra beds come in the form of sofa beds. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the prepayment will be credited back to the original card. A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
