Fantastic hotel for the family

Liked:Location is just off Kata beach which is a 2-3 minute walk. Staff from check in - check out were always available to help. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was lovely.

Liked:Gym was clean, location was good.

Disliked:We arrived at the hotel after midnight and were assigned a room beside an active construction site. Unfortunately, construction began at 7:00 a.m. every morning, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Considering how much we paid to stay here, this was extremely disappointing. Before our arrival, I had requested a room upgrade through Booking.com. The reception staff who checked us in were aware of the request but did not follow up or provide any update. Breakfast was average, but the food was often cold. Overall, I don't think I would return to this hotel. The biggest disappointment was that we were not informed about the construction work when we checked in. We chose this hotel because it appeared to be in a quiet location, so the early morning noise came as an unpleasant surprise.

We are determined to make investments in our existing hotels to ensure that they are fully representative of the brand while maintaining the product and service standards that are expected from us. We have a plan to upgrade one of the elevators during the period 1st May – 31st August 2026, and the other three elevators will remain operational. Should there be any change in the timeframe of the work, we shall inform you as soon as possible. Please note that extra bed or child's cot/crib are subject to availability and need to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. The credit card used for the booking should belong to the guest and must be valid for the entire stay. For the cardholder's protection, in case that the cardholder is not present, the full payment will be taken on the presented card. The pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on separated card. .
