Cleanliness7.0

Multiple reviews note poor cleaning or worn condition (one rates cleaning 6/10), issues with wet towels left without hooks, and some communal areas/pool described as tatty; villas were generally cleaner.

Service9.3

Strongly positive — staff repeatedly described as friendly, accommodating and helpful; shuttle/golf cart drivers praised and staff made stays memorable.

Location9.0

Very good — centrally located between Kata and Karon with great views from higher rooms/villas; downside is the steep hill and dependence on shuttle/golf cart.

Room Quality7.6

Mixed — villas and deluxe rooms receive high praise, but several guests reported worn or noisy rooms, water leaks, difficult-to-close doors and occasional poor TV reception.

Amenities8.8

Generally strong — good pool, pool bar, poolside activities (cooking class), private villa pools and shuttle/golf cart; some reports of tatty pool area and intermittent WiFi/TV issues.

Value for Money8.2

Standard quality for this hotel tier (not explicitly discussed in reviews), assigned the target overall rating.

Food and Beverage7.7

Mixed — many guests praised the breakfast as good, while others found it only OK or poor; one review also cited noisy live music affecting the dining ambience.

Overall Experience8.0

Generally positive for many guests (would return, loved staff, villas and pool), but a number of stays were marred by maintenance, noise or steep-hill/access issues leading to mixed outcomes.

A perfect place to stay with family.

Liked:Staff were really helpful and friendly, loved the flowers and elephants welcome in the room. I also loved how quiet the resort was compared to the chaos of the area. Hearing no street noise was an absolute plus! We will be back

Disliked:Nothing - the property was amazing.

Fantastic resort, super central.

Liked:Amazing staff. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly. Location is great, right between Kata and Karon. Close enough to walk if you want, far enough to feel quiet and private. The shuttle bus up and down the driveway is a godsend 😅 I did the poolside cooking class and couldn't recommend enough 👌 and the pool bar is awesome. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Disliked:Only downside and it's a small one, is that its a decent sized resort, and my room was on the top level in the back corner, so it was a hike to the pool and restaurant... but hey, someone has to get the short straw on that one.
