Crazy fun slides for our kids and Adults, great location next to everything and good Breakfast. We would book again.

Liked:Awesome slides for the kids, breakfast was nice, great location, and Friendly staff.

Disliked:Be careful at the pool area. It’s super slippery and you can fall. Staff was nice and helpful when you needed anything but they seemed a bit stretched thin at times. Overall nothing we really didn’t like.

Fantastic for Families, Let Down by Customer Support

Liked:Great location, great pool and slides for kids , good buffet and most of the stuff are friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The lack of response and assistance regarding my reservation completely tainted the experience. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I am still waiting for either my refund or, at the very least, a meaningful response. The poor communication and lack of customer support have been extremely disappointing.

Very nice hotel stay away from room 2116

Liked:Really nice hotel. Very well organized. Only down side was pump out room .

Disliked:Room 2116 has a pump placed directly outside, which is very loud when operating as it’s used to clean the pool. The noise can be quite disruptive. Additionally, water runs down the nearby steps, which seems to attract a lot of mosquitoes in the area. If possible, I would recommend avoiding this room for a more comfortable stay.

High hopes, left disappointed.

Liked:Great location and slides.

Disliked:Too many things not working, and not getting fixed. Over the week we were there, lifts, coffee machine (only one working for all guests), two treadmills, kids pool, out of service, and not getting fixed. Also zero changes in the breakfast. Same every single day.
