Stay was very good.

Liked:Beautiful setting! Very clean too. You wouldn’t even have to leave the property.

Disliked:They charged my credit card after the room was paid when booked and tried to collect again at checkout.

The setting was beautiful, the room not so much.

Liked:The beach was wonderful and safe. I appreciated a shower room since our room wasn't ready yet. It was very enjoyable eating dinner next to the ocean and listening to the musician at Longboards. The different pools were beautiful but not heated and it was cold the first of March.

Disliked:We didn't have an ocean view so the room was dark and dated. For the price, there should have been complimentary water. This was the only resort ot of 5 that we stayed at that didn't offer anything.

Not impressed.

Liked:Probably the worst 5 day experience in recent memory. Highly overpriced and the rooms are falsely represented. Studio was smaller then on a cruise ship. Very dated and in need of a severe overhaul. Not even close to a 4 or 5 star property. Went to the time share presentation and it was sophomoric at best. Poorly presented and when we declined we were chastised by Laura for not giving her a courtesy call. "It wasted her time". Resort fees are more than the rental fees. This makes no sense. Too bad such a paradise has been transformed into a "Me To" property.
