Liked:Simply put, everything.

Disliked:Prices were high at the cafe and restaurants. Coffee should not cost 9 dollars. A croissant with egg and cheese should not cost 18.

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Resort Oʻahu at Ko Olina and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the things we appreciated most was the exceptional service. We were able to check in much earlier than the official check-in time, and we were also offered a late check-out at no additional charge. On top of that, we received a room upgrade to a beautiful room with a stunning ocean view. The room was very quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. You can really feel that providing excellent service is a priority here. We also had dinner at Mina’s Fish House, which was another highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding and incredibly attentive. We truly enjoyed the whole experience. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. There are several pools, including a gorgeous adults-only infinity pool. What impressed us most, however, was the beach. We visited many different beaches around Oʻahu, but this was personally our favorite place to swim on the entire island. The white sandy beach, calm and beautiful water, and the small protected lagoons made it feel like the Hawaiian paradise we had imagined. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The beautiful resort, wonderful beach, stunning room, and especially the exceptional service made our time here very special. We would definitely choose Four Seasons Oʻahu again and would love to come back. 🌺

Disliked:If I had to mention one small criticism, it would be the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were a few hairs from previous guests in the shower, and the shower could have been descaled a little more thoroughly. At a hotel of this standard, this is something that ideally should not happen. However, this really was a minor detail and did not take away from our overall experience.

Important Information

Check in time is at 15:00 and check out time is at 12:00. For early arrivals resort recommends booking the room for the night prior to guarantee immediate access. For late departures, resort suggests reserving an additional night to guarantee access to your room until you depart. If you choose not to, guests have access to the Arrival & Departure Lounge located off the resort's lobby, overlooking the ocean, plus televisions and shower facilities to freshen up. There is a complimentary children's program for ages 5 to 12 years old. Children 4 and under eat free with a paying adult. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card, subject to deposit requirements at time of booking. Cancellations must be received 21 days prior to the expected day of arrival for all rooms (30 day cancellation for suites apply). If cancellation is not received prior to this date, resort will retain full deposit. Please check deposit requirements and cancellation policies at time of booking. In compliance with Hawaii State Law, this is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms, lanais and public areas such as restaurants, lounges, pool deck and lawns. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the property. - Transportation: Luxury Car or SUV Transfers The resort can arrange transfers to and from the airport for you. Fees apply for use of a spacious Lincoln Navigator seating 4 people or a Mercedes Benz sedan seating 2 people. Helicopter Transfers For a scenic, extra-quick transfer to and from airport, guests may arrange a helicopter ride that will take just 10 minutes from the airport to Ko Olina resort's helipad. - Contact resort reservations or the resort concierge for more information, directions and arrangements The credit card used for the initial deposit must be presented at check-in. If a different credit card is provided, the original card will be refunded, and the deposit will be applied to the new credit card."Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
