Liked:Friendly customer service, a/c, and pools.

Disliked:Quite possibly the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Bare minimum essentials., including dishes and towels. Charge for room cleaning not disclosed prior to booking.

A great location, perfect for our stay, with everything needed and seamless check-in/check-out!

Liked:I appreciated the feel of home at the unit. It had everything I needed. I traveled with my teenager son and it was perfect for our needs. Also, thank you for leaving the parking pass in the unit. Our arrival was after hours, so that was a huge help!

Disliked:The TVs were hard to operate with the remote controls, it was mostly on for background noise, but still would have liked to go through the cable channels and watch something I liked on TV besides streaming.

Disliked:Two cockroaches in one of our rooms and we were told that is normal. This is in addition to the 4 bugs we found in our room in the kitchen, bathroom and coming out of the owners closet.
