Disliked:- no business center or quite area to take calls …we had 2 rooms, I asked to keep one only for extra 30 minutes late checkout (I wanted to pay them for this) to take a call but the reception people were not flexible - Breakfast was very limited and product not of a Hilton quality!!! - no concierge…neither flyers on local attraction…even people at the reception can not tell you the most common one…e.g. I asked where is the closest hop on hop off city tour and they were not helpful

Disliked:While the stay was comfortable, the hotel facilities felt somewhat dated and in need of refreshing. For a rate of around $550 per night, I would have expected more attentive housekeeping, including replenishing coffee pods and replacing used towels. The breakfast was average, and overall the value for money did not match the price paid.
