Overall wonderful

Liked:I liked the view at night of the towns lights glowing in the distance and the buffet was delicious there was various types of food 😋

Disliked:I didn't like that there was no YouTube on the the tv

Liked:This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. The scenery was good. The gym was good and so was the pool. Ishara at the bar was so attentive and exceeded expectations. He was everywhere helping out and is such a great asset to the hotel. He is such an amazing staff member.

Disliked:Some of the staff need proper training as the service was way below expectations.

A Stunning Mountain Retreat

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at this charming mountain hotel. The views are simply fantastic and never seem to get old. Being welcomed with a lovely cup of tea while taking in the scenery was a particularly nice touch. The swimming pool was great, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The decor may be a little dated in places, but everything was perfectly in order and added to the charm. A lovely place to relax, enjoy the views and simply take it all in. We would happily return!
