Liked:Check in was straightforward, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean with comfortable beds. It was convenient for walking to a good selection of restaurants. It suited our needs perfectly. Good value.

Disliked:The car park was a public car park, we had to pay to park and it was small and busy. Far too small.l for some of the huge pick-ups that so many BC residents love. They overhang the spaces by several feet and then cannot get out. (We were OK) .

Central location, easy to drive and walk around central Kamloops

Liked:Very clean and elegant hotel along Kamloops main strip, although a bit on the farther end. Rooms, hallways, common areas in excellent condition, and staff were helpful and kind. A/C has great feature "constant fan" that acts as white noise to drown out trains on the nearby railway track.

Disliked:Close to the railway tracks, and could be noisy at night when a train passes through.

Liked:Good comfortable beds. Room was very clean and having a lift helped with luggage and access to the 3rd floor. Breakfast wss very good and was very reasonably priced. Indoor pool was very clean and was open long hours.

Pit stop in Kamloops

Liked:The room was spacious and clean. We were travelling with our toddler who had an upset stomach and got sick on the bed. The staff very kindly cleaned it up for us. There is a pool onsite (but it was very cold so we didn’t stay long) and arcade.

Disliked:We had specifically requested a travel cot in February well in advance of our stay in June. The hotel responded to say that they had taken note of it under our reservation and noted a charge of $10 for this. We arrived at the hotel around 5:30pm to find that there was a single camp bed in our room rather than a cot. We went down to reception and asked for a cot but the camp bed was not replaced. Our toddler slept with us for the night.
