Good quality hotel in an excellent location.

Liked:The room had quality fixtures and fittings with a modern, contemporary feel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Unfortunatley the elevator was not working on the day we departed which was inconvenient for carrying luggage.

Good location, updated property, be sure to ask for a room on the highest floor to avoid noise issues

Disliked:When we booked the room we specifically asked for quiet room on the highest floor away from any area that could be noisy. Upon arrival we discussed our request with the staff member. We were given a room on the 2nd floor and as a result could hear the loud party going on in the ballroom. At about 8pm, after returning from dinner, we had to pack up all our luggage and request a room change. We were then given a room on the 5th floor. Had our request been honored from the beginning we would have had a much better stay. Given rooms on the highest floor were easily available why not just give the customer what they ask for. Pretty frustrating. Additionally, only one elevator was working so it took a long time for all guests to obtain an elevator.
