Good Stay

Liked:Stayed one night for a stopover. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was the parking lot. Very small and tight especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

Disliked:Very noisy. You can hear every step the person above you takes. Lots of people In boots stomping around. Our first room on the second floor had a view of a concrete retaining wall 5 feet away. Actually comical. They moved us up a floor, still they just hope no one complains about the first room.

Liked:Good location.

Disliked:I wanted to upgrade our room. Apparently because we booked through a third party they were not able to accommodate the request. I was treated differently just because I was not a rewards member who did not book through them. Had I known that it would impact my stay in such a way, I would not have booked there. I did submit the upgrade request through the third party site but received no reply. I was there in person, and I could see the available room, yet could not be moved. Someone needs to simplify this process. I should not have to go online when there is staff there to handle this. How ridiculous.
