Ensure cleanliness

Disliked:It’s so dirty, our socks got literally black because the floor was so dirty. No phone inside the unit. We were 6 but only two towels and two hand towels were there. No toilet paper either. We have to walk to the reception to ask for toilet paper and towels, there’s no phone.
