Top level concierge service

Liked:I want this to say that the Concierge team is above and beyond! Ilan was great and Ori is the best, he just helped me with every single thing I needed with a smile in his face and very quick actions and answers. Thank you so much everybody. I will never forget.

Horrible

Liked:Unfortunately terrible terrible experience I have never yet written a review I have always been happy at the hotels I have chosen I travel alot - I had a suite on floor 7- room smelled like a sewer all nite (spent 2 days there paying premium prices ) housekeeping was a disaster - There was old food in fridge leftover upon arrival - it stayed there till I left - Requested blanket never received Finally a towel arrived instead with attitude and eyes rolling No one ever checked to ask how is it going Half eaten apple was left there for 2 days Shower always overflowed to floor through the door I came very close to a complete slide in bathroom floor

Top level service and best place to stay with kids.

Liked:We always stay at the David citadel hotel when we travel to israel. The service is next level. Extremely kid friendly, at breakfast the service staff have patience with all my kids request. They have an amazing playroom that my kids love. The rooms are large and clean and modern. The front desk and management are amazing, especially Munir who always helps me out and takes care of myself and family. On this trip, our return flight got canceled and rebooked for the next day and Munir made sure we were able to keep our room and not have to change rooms and that everything would be comfortable while dealing with the airlines and getting everything rebooked so this was one less thing to worry about. There is a reason the david citadel is considered one of the best hotels in Jerusalem and my stay now showed why.
