Liked:LOCATION, THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN ABD WELL EQUIPPED! THE STAFF WAS GREAT! MARC AND JOHN WAS SO HELPFUL AND ALWAYS DISPLAYED WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Disliked:I REALLY hate the fact they change both check in and check out times , check in is 4pm now and now check out is 11AM!! That is absolutely RIDICULOUS! Way too early to check out of a hotel , I also hate the fact that they don’t allow 3rd party booking to pay for late check out which would be 3pm , but they can take a $100 deposit hold from 3rd party bookers but won’t let us pay for late check out! They need to fix that issue because money is money! We would like to check out late too !

Overall a great stay and very nice room

Liked:Very close to a lot of hot spots and things to do. Clean room and very great for price

Disliked:The billing policy is weird. There’s a hold for the total of the booking. Then a charge per night of the stay. It was just really confusing. 250$ quickly turned into 600$ worth of “holds” and “pending charges “ which I think is a bit unnecessary. I guess that’s a corporate thing not really much to do with the staff and the overall experience at the facility.
