Liked:My experience so far has been amazing and comfortable for me and my dog Bella! Sage is our new property manager! I must say she is doing an amazing job! I can definitely feel the blessings of having her here for all of us as residents and guests in our place we call home. Kiddos to Sage! Very bad experience. Do not stay here! Pictures are not what you see. Avoid this place.

Liked:The hotel is also used for low income housing. Carpeting is dirty. There is marijuana and cigar smell in every corner. The poor lady at the front desk seems to be the only employee. They charge one hundred dollars + tx for incidentals, but they do not return your tax portion. They accompany guests to give room keys to the room and make you sign a paper with the keys. Place is dirty and in disrepair. You have been warned! I am very lenient with reviews, but this place should not be operating.

Racist Establishment!

Liked:DO NOT STAY HERE! I had a reservation for this hotel in September right after a hurricane and was treated horribly. Jamie, the lady who works at the front desk, is extremely racists and rude. I came in at 4pm to check in and was told that no rooms were available. There were two white families behind who she paid attention to and checked in them in but lied to me! I cannot support a Racist Establishment!!! Stay far away from this place!!! I am shocked that Americans can still treat people differently based on their skin color! If this establishment wants to do better, I recommend finding a different front desk person as Jaime is below standard!

Absolutely Horrendous

Liked:I recently had the misfortune of staying at Stayable West Jax, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever encountered. The service was abysmal and the cleanliness of the rooms was downright appalling. The room itself was filthy. The walls were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The bed linens were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The sheets had visible stains and clearly had not been changed. The bathroom was even worse, with dirty, stiff wash rags in the shower and a grimy toilet. To top it off, there were roaches crawling around, which made the entire experience even more horrifying. The room also had a horrible smell that was unbearable. The appliances in the room were equally disgusting. The freezer had dirt frozen in it and was filthy. We put our food in the cat to keep the roaches from it. To make matters worse, the noise level was unbearable. Shouting continued well into the night, making it impossible to get any rest. When I called the front desk to complain, The young man tried to assist us however he brought back even dirtier linen which was evident of their poof unsanitary house keeping. I would not recommend Stayable to anyone anyone!! It's clear that management does not care about maintaining basic standards of cleanliness or providing decent customer service. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.
