Disappointing

Disliked:Construction taking place and the bar was not open. I was also under the impression that I was booking a balcony room. It did not have a balcony and there were none available to switch to. I only booked this hotel based on the fact they offered balcony rooms. Very disappointed.

This was not my 1st trip here but it was off this go round. Had to move twice

Disliked:I was moved to three different rooms. This trip I had to pay for parking even though I have a handicap sticker. Was told at my checkout I could've used any handicap parking free.
