If you like roaches and don’t mind sleeping somewhere dirty this is the place to stay

Disliked:Place was Dirty furniture was stain the mini split that they have for Air conditioning was blowing hot air and black residue kept coming out you can see it on the counter top after wiping it up for the second time. Also the toilet was dirty Maybe they just never cleaned it but still there was stains on furniture on pillows …I had to get out early in the morning due to how dirty it was because of my wife doing treatment at Mayo Clinic .. Booking .com needs to take this listing Down especially if your doing treatment at Mayo Clinic .. also Booking.com really sucks they give you the run look at the pictures I Dint get a picture of the Roach cause it claw under the stove That’s funny they won’t post my pic

Perfect for the family.

Liked:We loved the location and how comfortable the house felt. My boyfriend, me, and our 5 kids (1,2,4,9, and 10) all fit very well in the house and had an amazing time. We definitely plan on going back. The washer and dryer were amazing. I dread coming back from places with a bunch of dirty laundry. The kitchen had many amenities in it, basically everything you would need. The bathroom was stocked with beach towels, soap, hair dryer, q-tips, and more. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, soft and supportive. The main couch was amazing. They couch upstairs that turns into a bed is perfect for kids. The desk area is also very nice for work or school. The deck is beautiful. It has more than enough room for the whole.family to sit and eat. They have multiple umbrellas outside as well, lounge chairs, and a hammock. The kitchen table also pulls out to add the bench for extra seating. The outside shower makes coming back from the beach a breeze. Included in the house is also all the beach chairs, body boards, a wagon, grill, fire pit, beach umbrellas, and more.

Satisfactory stay but room for improvement.

Liked:Good area, exceptional and friendly communication. A broken window in the entry door was covered by plastic that could easily by removed to gain entry, it felt quite unsafe. Overall, the property was clean but lacked a thorough dusting.
