Old Karen at the front desk.

Liked:The old lady at the front desk is very rude.. she claimed she heard me walking my dog out claimed he was barking. Not true. Then stated the other guest asked for a discount. She does not like pets and is very rude. I paid for 3 nights and she stated “as a heads up” her manager “Chris” may ask me to leave in the morning. I asked if the dog is currently barking she said no but she heard him and she had to report it.. then she claimed she had to discount another guest. Yet there is kids outside smoking weed, yelling, kids with motor bikes all over the parking lot and she’s upset my dog may or may not started whining after I left him to go to work. For some reason, my dog only “Barks” during her shift. Either way I do not recommend this place. I asked her if I would get reimbursed since I’m leaving early as they asked me to even though I have to be at work at 8am, she wants me out of there in the morning… While on the call with her, she acted like she couldn’t hear me but I can hear her in the background… I understand there might be some patients in that hotel as she stated and they have Surgiy but if the dog is quite was quite why call me? If you have a pet, or a service animal stay away. They will make up lies and at the end of the day it’s not worth the headache. Just stay away.

Love the location but they need to tighten up with their maintenence of the property

Liked:I am not sure what is going on with this property. I am a gold member and have stayed there dozens of times and loved the location. The last two times, we had a problem with the shower. The first time, the water was running and could not be turned off. so they moved us to another room. Last week, the shower door would not stay shut. I reported it twice, and it was never repaired.
