Very good but ....

Liked:Nice and cooperative staff (reception, kitchen and housekeeping). Very good location.

Disliked:Room size is not correct. bedroom area is not more than 15 sq.m. bathroom area is not more 4 sq.m . Areas are not as mention in Booking.com. I think this is cheating and the management should be honest. Also Booking.com should check this also.

Liked:We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had everything we needed. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and many places in Istanbul. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options. What we appreciated most was the warm atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality!
