Truly Exceptional

Liked:Location, staff friendly & helpful: Ali was the perfect concierge, very knowledgable and booked the things I needed, and the housekeeping was stellar: Fatima was very attentive to my requests. The size of the suite, with 3 bathrooms was a dream for 2 people who appreciate privacy. We loved the views from the 20th floor, room service was prompt, breakfast options, dining at Aila, all the amenities were lovely. Oh, and the car service we used many times we found useful and reasonable. But to me the most important thing is truly a comfortable nights sleep and the beds were WONDERFUL.

Exceptional Romantic Stay with an Amazing City View

Liked:We had a wonderful romantic weekend at the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, and the whole experience was exceptional. Our room had an amazing city view, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful fresh scent throughout, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. What impressed us most was the outstanding level of customer service. Every member of staff was exceptionally polite, attentive and helpful. A special mention to Etham at the customer service desk, whose warm and professional communication and genuine effort to make guests feel happy and comfortable really stood out. Well done to the management team for selecting and developing such an excellent team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.
