Not bad

Liked:The hotel was better in the past years. It began to decline in terms of cleanliness, attention to rooms and guests. and breakfast was more diverse. Overall, the cleaning staff has many notes. The most important thing that distinguishes the hotel is the spacious rooms and the location.

Clean, safe, spacious and Great Value for your money

Liked:LOVED our room, got the biggest suite they have. This thing is HUGE, about 900 sq ft. Separate AC units for the living room and the bedroom. VERY reasonably priced considering what you're getting. The staff was fabulous as usual. ALL the front desk personnel(Kublai, Rejeb, Muhammed...everyone sorry I forgot some names) were great and of course the guest relations manager Eman was wonderful and friendly as usual. Room service was fantastic, I have to commend the one lady who tended to every need my wife asked for with a cheerful smile all the time. The place is very clean, safe , well kept overall. It may be time to change some of the carpeting and I think it would also be nice to label the light switched(somewhat frustrating at times especially at night)

Excellent stay with friendly staff, great location, and thoughtful service.

Liked:The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the cleaners were very thorough, especially on the second floor. I really appreciated the daily complimentary water, tea/coffee, and sugar, thoughtfully left outside our door even when we were sleeping. The location was excellent for exploring key landmarks and felt very safe, with most destinations within walking distance. A nearby shopping centre offered a food court, cafés, clothing shops; a mini-mart, and pharmacy right next to the hotel-making everything very convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Disliked:The only improvement would be allowing guests to bring in food and drink from outside. As we stayed for 13 nights, having more variety would have been appreciated, especially as we were on vacation and didn’t always wake up in time for breakfast. Aside from this, everything was excellent and it would have been a 10/10 stay.
