Great place in my fave Levent

Liked:Honestly I think what I liked the most was the staff. They were so polite and helpful. The location is amazing and my personal favorite place in Istanbul. Breakfast was amazing, very rich.

Disliked:I didn’t like that bathrooms were kind of moldy in such a luxurious place. Cleanliness could be improved.

Good for short stay

Liked:The toiletries in the room were excellent.. spacious High safety very clean rooms

Disliked:The room was fully prepared however the rest of the facilities not that much especially the spa zero respect for appointment time but the service is excellent. Didn’t pre-inform about the damage deposit 200$ although they had the decency to reply my email and I met in person with the guest relationship personal now 5 days after I had left the hotel and I haven’t received the deposit yet! They informed us on paper about the fire drill that will be held on one day and the next day we had another fire drill without our knowledge where we got stuck in the elevator! but they offered us tea! brushed it off like nothing happened. The corridor between rooms on floor five smelled bad! all those small things made my visit unpleasant
