Not great

Liked:Not a good experience so far at all. My room is dirty upon checking in. Hair on the towels, dirt in the corners and on the floor. Tub is stained brown. Fridge is broken and dripping water all over everything. It also smells like fish so strongly I think someone may have left old fish in it. No tv remote had to call the front desk to have them bring me one. Theres a phone in the room that just doesn’t work. Couch has stains all over it. Everything feels dirty and broken. For what it costs to stay here it’s not worth it.

Great location and beautiful resort at a great value!

Liked:Location, the tropical vibes, the clean room and grounds, and the kind staff.

Disliked:Housekeeping forgot about cleaning our room twice and the choice music at the pool was sometimes “rap”. We would’ve preferred steel drums music while relaxing.

Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

Liked:The location was perfect for going to local restaurants and travel up and down the keys. The pool was very nice and our villa was very comfortable and quite cute.

Disliked:We had to ask the front desk twice to notify housekeeping to clean our villa.

Great location the resort is not bad, but could be improved. The three waters and the Amara Cay better for sure.

Liked:The property is cute and has great potential and needs a little TLC. Customer Service, excellent friendly staff the sister resorts are excellent.

Disliked:There’s trash out all over where they need to clean up just you can’t swim. It’s not a beach to swim at, but there’s a lot to do other than that.
