Liked:Attended at the pool was great. The pool are was spacious.

Liked:We have stayed at this resort 2 times prior to this. Upon arrival, our “first” room did not have wifi. We needed it as we still had to do work while on vacation. The maintenance guy came at around 8:00 pm and tried to fix the issue. After about an hour of him trying, we were told we were being moved to an upgraded room. Great! We moved ALL of our things by ourself at 9:00 pm. We were in our new room 1 1/2 days and came in at 7:00 pm and the A/C not working. It was 81 degrees in our room. Called maintenance. He came and we were told the A/C repair guy was on property and he would be here shortly. An hour later he still had not showed up. Called the front desk, they told us to turn off the A/C for another 45 min. I told her it had already been off for about 2 hours. The only thing they could do was move us AGAIN. Therefore, we once again moved ALL our things at 9:45 pm by ourselves. The resort did not offer to help us or anything. The only compensation we received was $100 credit. Needless to say, we left a day early. I feel like management needs to properly inspect the rooms to make sure they are in full working condition.
