Liked:I never went. I found Javiar difficult to communicate with. Just before we were due to arrived I am informed check in is 5pm? It stated 3pm check in 11am check out. He told me no check in before 5pm and checkout was 2pm. Just before I was due to leave I get a messaged saying check out was 11am??? There was no mention of the apartment being on the 3rd floor with no lifts. It was my birthday I had plans arranged so needed a check in at 3pm. That is what I signed up for. After reading some bad reviews one stating the apartment was dirty with a cockroach. I decided this man had upset me enough and booked somewhere else. I lost my money but it really wasn’t worth the upset.
