Left feeling a little underwhelmed

Liked:All the staff in reception and the bars were great, the drinks were good, and the proximity to a huge beach was perfect. Some of the nightly entertainment was excellent, one was very poor, and others were just OK.

Disliked:Facilities/furniture/decor in the room were a little old/cheap. Not much variety to the buffet each day - could have had theme nights or something similar. Sun beds were reserved and not used for hours. Towel policy is poor - can only change towels between 10am-12pm, which meant you had to keep used dirty towels if you wanted to use them in the morning. Sunbeds by the beach bar are chargeable. Friday night BBQ at beach bar is also chargeable for all inclusive guests. Mini bar is limited, and cannot request alternatives/additions. No clock in room and only a charging point on one side of the bed. A La Carte restaurant can only be used once per week by all inclusive guests - only opens 3 days a week and service/food was poor. No snacks/nibbles available outside of catering hours (had to go to supermarket to buy some nibbles to have with drinks). Hotel design plus nearby trees means not many beds get the sun all day
