A great place for a short turnaround in Dallas.

Liked:Shuttle to and from airport. Excellent front of house who went out of his way to chat with guests and make them feel comfortable. Good facilities and very clean.

Great airport hotel

Liked:Prompt easy check in after flight cancellation. Billing issue resolved promptly (double billing over 2am check in) and front desk staff were terrific.

The stay was nice other than the above

Liked:Clean. Bed was comfortable

Disliked:The guy that checked us out was rude. We asked to get early shuttle to airport since our flight had changed and he very rudely said that the shuttle was full and that we should have scheduled the shuttle last night. I made him aware that we had signed up for a later shuttle but our flight was re scheduled for earlier. He was not a pleasant person
