Not a great room

Liked:Just checked in. The wardrobe is missing a rod? The drapes have been replaced by plantation shutters that do zero to block sound or light. Forget a restful evening. All I hear is traffic and some dog barking.

Dissapointing Mahjong event

Liked:We signed up for the Martinis and Mahjong event. They put us in the restaurant, with the wrong size table, incomplete set and the teacher did not show up. The food was minimal, we had to order off the menu. They delivered 3 mini tinis..at one time..which meant they were warm, by the time we drank them. We talked to the hostess on duty, who did nothing. Wrote two emails to GM, and received no response. Very disappointing, at $125 per person. Not what you expect from a Ritz Carlton.
