The management refused to give us another room and didn’t even offer a discount besides that 1 outlet was having electri

Disliked:The room has the carpet wet due to the AC water leaking which it wasn’t address and refused to swap us to another room. The odor was bad due to the damp carpet.

The bed will keep you up!

Liked:The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean. The bed was not at all comfortable for me and others I stayed with felt the same. No microwave in the room was disappointing.

Liked:Very clean, staff was amazing. Specifically the woman who checked us out in Sunday at 12ish pm. She was in a leg brace 🥹 I do not re call her name but she was extremely sweet. Gave you that momma love feel.

Disliked:Everything was great except for the pool area needs work. The blankets were not that great. Upstairs had a smell as if the air filters needed to be changed
