Disappointing.

Liked:keys easy to collect..except the keybox was open and just loose in the unlocked postbox! The instructions for access to the parking and the codes was excellent. Placement in Inverness excellent and good for shopping

Disliked:Washing machine. Instructions said dryer didnt work….. but the spin neither. Doesnt spin however you try to program it. Left with dripping clothes which took 2 days to drip dry! The Bar under the windows active and noisy till 3.00 AM, 3 nights in a row….…. and then the seagulls started at 04:00!

Good stay ruined by bed bugs

Liked:Location was ideal and parking was a bonus - however there was always another car in the allocated bay and such low ceilings boot will hit it when open. Mostly accessible but a few steps between garage and lift. Was really well equipped for both short and long stays. Communication prior to stay was great. Construction is currently being carried out to building so a little noise during the day and noise from surrounding bar that has outdoor seating in the evening. This did not have much impact.

Disliked:I noticed some orange insects on the double bed in appt 405, I had never seen them before so assumed they were native to the area as windows were open. On seeing them whilst in bed I went to the other bedroom and shared the twin room. The morning I left I had several bite marks. Having looked the insect up it appears to be bed bugs and throughout the day they continued to develop and I was so badly bitten. I am glad I took my own bedding and asked for a travel cot for my infant. I have contacted the property about this but yet to receive a reply.

Lovely couple of days in Inverness with everything we wanted to see within walking distance

Liked:Location was ideal for a visit to Inverness

Disliked:Initial check in instructions and contact information were dated/incorrect requiring some additional research and work to contact owner and get updated access code to building and parking. I believe my original booking was so long ago (last year) that the updated access code information was simply overlooked. Readily corrected and everything was pleasant afterwards.
