Liked:Beautiful location: balcony facing the river. Very close to interlaken west and grocery stores. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good enough.

Disliked:There was no fridge in the room, but when we asked, they brought a small one. Why don't you simply put one in each room so that no one needs to beg for one. The pillows were too soft, and even if we asked for 2 extra ones, they were all the same. They swallowed my head in completely. The room was clean, but they didn't remove dirty plates and glasses for 2 days, well until the day we left. The furniture was also outdated. In general, it was too expensive what what we got.

Disliked:We got the room 120, there was WiFi coverage, the Ac smells like we are right about the kitchen. The smell was not pleasant at all. The bed and bedding needed upgrades.
