Liked:The apartment is located in the city center, a good location.

Disliked:Although it was our oversight to allow family members to briefly stay in the apartment without prior approval, I immediately apologized and expressed my willingness to pay any additional charges. However, the manager insisted that we leave the property immediately without any proper communication. He also used inappropriate and aggressive language in front of young children and elderly family members, which made everyone feel extremely frightened and uncomfortable. In the end, we left the apartment after paying additional fees with the assistance of the local police. The overall experience was very disappointing. In addition, the actual layout of the apartment does not match the manager’s explanation. Only one room had a window, while the other two so‑called “rooms” were simply small spaces with bunk beds and no windows at all. The manager claimed that the apartment could accommodate a maximum of five people due to insurance reasons, yet he still charged us an extra €345 based on the fact that seven people were inside. This inconsistency raises serious doubts about the credibility of his statements. Overall, the manager’s attitude and handling of the situation were unprofessional and caused unnecessary fear and psychological stress for both the elderly and the children. It significantly affected our travel experience.

Liked:PERFECT LOCATION! Super comfy apartment, very modern, all perfect. We just couldn’t find any brush to help clean the floor but that’s it! It is really amazing
