Liked:The hotel is in a quiet area but within walking distance to the old town. Easy to drive to the airport too. Convenient to have parking at the hotel. The room was a good enough size for one night but it looked a little tired. The reception was nice, breakfast okay

Disliked:The breakfast room was not the cosiest and the breakfast itself whilst adequate, did not offer a lot of choice

Clean, nice location and an excellent view of Innsbruck and the Alps!

Liked:- The location is very central. - The hotel is on a slight incline, so walking back up to hotel after tours etc. can be challenging for some. - The breakfast area was nice and warm. They had everything you'd find at a typical hotel breakfast. They continuously refilled the food before it ran out. - They can also store luggage before check-in or after check-out for a couple of hours, but you need to talk to the stuff because there are no lockers. - We stayed on the top floor, which was perfect. The room was really clean. - The mattress quality was really good. !! Tipp: Exceptional views of the Alps and Innsbruck if you book upper floors. Also, i want to thank again to Hotel Tautermann stuff for the room upgrade :))

Disliked:The room was cold when we entered our room at night. The heater was off when we checked into the room, which we didn't know, and it took us a while to warm it up when we entered again in the evening. A brief explanation about this could have been given before we checked in.
