Liked:Location was great Shower was lovely Bed was comfortable Communication with the team was prompt Decent property as a base for a hiking holiday

Disliked:The kitchen wasn’t stocked with enough equipment to make it useable for making your own meals so just bear that in mind. Pics of what was in the cupboards plus one frying pan. TV didn’t work Was a few hairs in the corners of the room but majority clean No parking (but I think that’s common in Innsbruck)

Great location, nice apartment

Liked:Great location near the river. We had the top floor with the balcony which was such a bonus! Apartment was clean and comfortable. Easy self check in and quiet area.

Liked:Very small but clean apartment just over the river from the Altstadt. Met my needs.

Liked:The hotel is very close to the city centre. The person serving breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Although there were no staff to welcome you upon arrival, the communication service via the app was quite efficient.

Disliked:We didn't like the idea of having breakfast in a different building, although it is very close. Also, the variety of breakfast options was very limited. The room needs general maintenance. Some Bulbs or lamps are not working, and the curtain rail is broken.
