Upper floors are better

Liked:Great location close to the Old Town. They were flexible and adjusted our accommodation after the fan did not work

Disliked:Room 202 family room was poky and stiflingly hot. You could not open the windows because it was right on a very noisy street with cars, trucks, and loud revelers all night. We could not sleep. Also the passage on that floor is lined all the way with trolleys of laundry. The 2nd night they moved us to a much better room on the 3rd floor which was great.

Liked:Fantastic location for Innsbruck, a spacious big room & decent value for money for the location with most of the facilities you need and the parking nearby was fine (€19 per day)

Disliked:The cleanliness could be better (the beds, bathroom & kitchen were fine, but the rest of the room & the sofa bed weren't clean enough). The TV didn't work and it was VERY uncomfortably hot in the room (in fairness it was in a heatwave but it will likely always need air conditioning during summer). The telephone helpline didn't work and although the staff did respond to our e-messages, they didn't resolve anything or turn up. Essentially, the self-check in was fine but after that, you're on your own.

We had a great stay in Innsbruck with this apartment right next to the Inn river and city center.

Liked:The location for this apartment was just great! It is across the bridge right next to the city center and the area/surrounding is wonderful. It was also quiet, although there is a main road next to it(maybe because it was weekend?). The apartment was large and spacious. Everything high quality.

Disliked:The TV was not working properly, i.e., the antenna TV was a bit sketchy.
