A no frills, but safe place to sleep in the old town

Liked:The location is great; just inside old town and steps away from many shops and restaurants. Also a three minute walk from the bus/tram stop. I also felt very safe inside the apartment as there is a locking front door, in addition to the apartment door that has a deadbolt. Two windows allow a lot of natural light inside and the view is spectacular. The office staff was incredibly helpful with directions and getting confirmation of an event I had booked.

Disliked:The kitchen sink dripped and the floor was dirty.

We really liked staying in the heart of Old Town.

Liked:The location was excellent in the heart of Old Town Innsbruck. Walkable to the shopping, restaurants, and some attractions. The apartment had everything we needed, including a kitchen and laundry facilities. The bed is very comfortable and, despite being close to the action, it was quiet.

Disliked:Check-in was difficult because we needed to check in past normal hours. It's a little hard to find and there's nowhere to park to unload luggage. We were stopped by the police because we had stopped for a minute to get our luggage out. Also, the apartment is not in the same building as check-in. We walked around quite a while to find the entrance in the dark. The studio apartment we had is laid out strangely due to its narrow layout. Even though the laundry machine was supposed to dry our clothes, they did not get dry.

Liked:Good location on the edge of the old town, short walk from supermarkets and a food market almost on the doorstep. The apartments are basic but more than suitable for a few days and the aircon was very useful in the recent heatwave.

Disliked:The main bed was soft and the pillows were awful and virtually flat.
